Year 3 thoroughly enjoyed some ‘hands-on’ learning this afternoon. The children received a letter from the Senior Researcher from the Natural History Museum, in London, accompanied with some artefacts from the Stone Age; specifically Skara Brae. The children enjoyed learning how to collect information from the artefacts to inform their investigations. The children used their Gosport Futures skills of talking and listening to help record their observations – teaching them lots more about the Stone Age.
