Year 6 are fabulous and they have had an awesome end to their time at Rowner Junior School. We started the farewells with Rowner Fest on Tuesday. Their school field was turned into a festival camp, complete with food vans, disco, karaoke and a campsite. Yesterday, the children shared their Leavers’ Assembly with the whole school who clapped them out of their hall. Their time with their parents/carers in the afternoon was emotional but a wonderful way to celebrate all things Year 6 – which is so much. A wonderful week and a brilliant way to mark an end to their time at Rowner. Wishing all our leavers an awesome time in their new schools.
