In year 5s new RE unit they focussed on the concept of ‘identity’. To help with their understanding of the concept the children played a selection of games to find the perfect match. The children enjoyed describing a unique character in Guess Who? They played snap, pairs and Uno to try and find an identical match. The children also discussed how our fingerprints are unique to us, despite billions of people on Earth. With a sound understanding of the concept of ‘identity’ the children will now be applying it to a religious context.
