There was great excitement for Year 3 on their first day of the Summer Term. In Commando Joes, Year 3 have begun learning about a new inspirational leader – explorer Sir Ernest Shackleton. As newly recruited members of the Endurance Crew, the children had to prove their willingness to commit to the polar expedition. In doing so, they had to cross a rapid river without hesitation! Now they have crossed, they are ready to set sail on their voyage to Antarctica.
